His 'coma' was achieved by making a dummy to replace Bill Mumy while Bill was away taking care of much more important business. Andreas Katsulas commented on how still Bill was being during the filming and no one had the heart to tell him about the dummy.

Considering the proposition she was giving him, I think he must be pretty good at negotiations, too. Though I like to think he was starting to fall in love with Delenn and so had a good way to resist.
