Shortly after giving birth to Shayne, Reva was deep in depression. She drove her car off a bridge. Her son Dylan and his girlfriend Samantha Marler were in the car. Dylan and Sam escaped but Reva's body was not found. She ended up in San Cristobel, where she became known as Princess Catherine. Kim Zimmer, who plays Reva, was off the show during this time.

A few years after her return, the show explained her absence with the San Cristobel storyline.

2. On "B&B", which wife of a Forrester lived the life of a princess in Saudi Arabia, while the Forrester family was mourning her death after her plane crashed?
