He writes him a ticket as a result. Barney even makes note of the time, traffic conditions, place and weather on the ticket. Fred Plummer is extremely angered. He informs Barney that he is "gonna take this ticket, see, but you and me are gonna meet sometime when you're not wearing that uniform, and I'm going to beat you to a pulp."
