"I'm serious," Adama said. He knew that she sometimes saw things in her visions that were prescient. Everyone had chuckled at the comment, but he wasn't kidding around.

He didn't yet know about the other Sharon model.

Gaius didn't want to believe that he was crazy and that he was seeing things in his head. He had to believe that he was chosen for a higher purpose, so he followed her advice.

Answer: "And you ask why?"

Adama had asked Boomer "why?" after she had shot him and was then killed. It's an unusual and very much unexplained phenomenon on how exactly a separate model of Cylon knew what Adama said to a dead model. Nonetheless, it makes for great drama.

The twelve constellations that represent the Twelve Colonies were visible in the sky above what the group believed was Earth. They believed them to be the keys to finding Earth.

Answer: When Baltar found out that Sharon was going to have a baby.

Sharon said she was going to have a baby in her holding cell, which just happened to be the same room in which the Six in Baltar's head said their baby was going to be born. Baltar knew that he wasn't crazy; Six wasn't a chip in his brain and she had the prescience to know about the baby. Six assured him that she was an angel sent from God.
