You know, we can go through the models and draw in the facial hair where they've airbrushed it out." Grace absent-mindedly says, "You know, if you listen to pigeons long enough, they start to sound like they're saying "loser."

When Jack enters the apartment, he says, "How is she? I came as soon as I heard." Will says, "I called you three days ago." Jack says, "Uh, hello! I got a life."

Jack tells Grace, "Grace, I finally figured out how to make Jack 2001 different than Jack 2000." Grace asks, "You're gonna get an audience?" Jack says, "No. I'm gonna sing a medley of songs with the word "one" in them. Yeah! So let the healing begin. Hit it!" He then begins to snap his fingers and sings, "You're still the one I want to talk to in bed.

Every move that she makes...One less bell to answer. One less egg to fry. One less man to pick up after. I should be happy but all I do is cry." Grace then begins to cry.

When karen enters the apartment, she says to Jack and Will, "Hi, girls. How's Grace?" Will says, "Bad." Karen asks, "How bad?" Will says, "Mariah Carey in "Glitter." Karen then goes to Grace's bedroom and says, "Hi, honey. What are you doing?" Grace says, "Just reading some old letters Nathan wrote me. Listen to this one. It's beautiful. "We need milk." I mean, how sweet is it to remind me to get milk?" Karen then says, "Well, I've never understood the mating rituals of the poor, but it sounds nice."

When Grace finally leaves her bedroom, Will says, "Hi! It's good to have you back, and you look fantastic." Karen says, "I do like your hair like that, honey. What do you call that style?" Grace says, "Psycho chic. It's the same look Anne Heche had when they picked her up in Fresno. Oh, that's my first clever banter in three days."

When the phone rings, noone answers it and the answering machine picks up. After the greeting, we hear a woman's voice say, "Hi. It's Joanie over at Hoffman Travel calling for Nathan. I'm booking his trip to the Bahamas, and I need to know how Susie spells her last name." Grace says, "Susie?" We then see Will, Jack and Karen peek into the living room. The woman continues, "By the way, I got you guys upgraded to a suite. It's so romantic." Will, Jack, and Karen race to get to the answering machine. Joanie continues, "Stellar views, and it's so lovely. It's so private, you can walk around naked if you want to. Anyway, call me. For now, I'll just give Suzie your last name." Just then Will rips the cord from the wall. Grace covers her face with her hands and goes back to her bedroom. Jack then says, "Whew! That was close."

Karen tells Will, "The only way we're gonna get Grace out of that bed is with a big strong man." Karen then uses her cell phone and says, "Rosario, get over here!" Will says, "Well, maybe she can scrub the hurt and anger out of Grace's knits and fine washables." There's a knock at the door and it's Rosario. Karen says, "Finally, you're here!" Rosario says, "You know, if you're gonna leave me in the limo for five hours, the least you could do is crack a window." Karen says, "What, and let you start yapping out at all the other maids so that they can come over and jump on the car? I don't think so." Rosario then says, "You better watch it, lady, because the next time you take a bath it'll be rub-a-dub-dub, I drop the blender in the tub."

Will, Jack, and Karen drag Grace into the shower and turn it on. She finally gets mad, yells for them to stop, steps out of the shower and says, "Look, I'm sorry I'm not as strong as you all are. I wish that I were, but I'm not. Will, your lover of seven years left you, and you have to live every day knowing that he's out there loving someone else. I couldn't do that. I would die. And, Karen, your husband's in prison, the rock of your life, and you don't know when you're gonna see him again. If I were you, I'd be a total wreck. And, Jack... You're so resilient. You're a 32-year-old actor-singer who gets involved in a million different relationships and never gets invested in any of them. I wish that I could do that, but I can't. I'm not like any of you. I just handle things differently, so, please, just let me go back to bed and deal with things the only way that I know how." She then turns around and exits.

Will walks into Grace's bedroom and says, "You know what? You're right. I've deluded myself this whole time into thinking that I'm okay, but the truth is, I haven't been able to have a good relationship since Michael. Maybe you're right to stay in bed and deal with it. Maybe I'm the one who got out of bed too early." Grace pulls back the covers and Will climbs in. Karen then comes in and says, "Honey, you were right. I don't know when Stan's coming back. I mean, for all I know, it could be years. I gotta stop lying to myself, Grace. I'm really lonely. I miss him." She then crawls into the bed. Jack then comes in and says, "When you said I'm an actor-singer who jumps from one relationship to another it made me realize, you didn't say dancer. And I've always felt in my heart that the dance is my strong point. That's so depressing." Jack then crawls into the bed. Grace then starts showing her slides and says, "This is me doing a split jump on the trampoline." The scene fades out.

The next morning Grace climbs out of bed and sees Will, Jack and Karen still asleep.

She smiles and turns off the slide projector.
