In this episode, the girls were acting weird and Paige would orb away every time someone surprised or scared her. Not only that, but Piper would blow things up without even looking at the object in question.

It appears that there was something no one knew about the Charmed Ones, until this episode came along. Every time a blue moon appears in the sky twice in the same lunar year, the Charmed Ones turn into vicious monsters and they attack people who they see as a threat.

In this episode, we found out that Agent Kyle Brody's mother and father were killed by supernatural beings when he was only five years old.

The first whitelighter to be attacked was in the beginning of the episode while he was meditating. The second whitelighter to be attacked was in the Halliwell manor while the Charmed Ones were using him as bait for the vicious monsters.

While possessed Leo attacked the Elders, the Charmed Ones came in and turned into monsters as the blue moon sprouted in the night sky. After they turned into monsters again, they tried to attack the Elders and the Elders used their electrical powers on them.

Piper gave Leo three potions that did three different things so that Leo would have some protection against the Charmed Ones, when the girls turned back into monsters.
