Answer: rats

 She takes Booth's gun and shoots at rats to make sure they will feed on each other and not disturb the remains. Booth complains about having to do paperwork anytime a round is fired from his weapon.

Answer: David Denman

 David Denman, who also plays Roy on "The Office", plays the victim's fiancé in this episode. He is also a suspect in the case once it is discovered she had been cheating on him.

Answer: her video camera

 Booth finds the video camera with Harold. Brennan then finds bloody clothes with bone fragments on them.

 These are of course "Clue" weapons. He hit him with the candlestick. Booth and Dr. Goodman later make a "Clue" joke, and Brennan doesn't get it.

 Duke, one of the climbing instructors killed her. They found a treasure and wanted to keep her out of it.
