It's that classic quote from "Fawlty Towers." In 'The Germans' Basil is so out of his head he can't help making references to the war. "Don't mention the war".
2. What was the name of Rodney's father in "Only Fools and Horses"?

Answer: Frederick Robdal

Frederick Robdal was discovered to be Rodney's biological father in the final episode "Sleepless in Peckham", when an old photograph of Robdal surfaced and resembled Rodney. Reg Trotter was Del's biological father.
3. Which "Dad's Army" character was last heard from in a note saying he'd gone "To the Smoke"?

Answer: Private Walker

Despite being one of the youngest actors, James Beck, AKA Private Walker, died suddenly during the shows sixth series. The last mention of Walker in the show was a note written by him left in his place. "To the Smoke" was cockney slang for saying London.

In the sitcom "Porridge", Fletcher is sentenced to 5 years imprisonment in Slade Prison. Maidstone Prison was actually used as the prison exterior in the show.

Answer: Nephew

Granville was the son of Arkwright's sister who died after giving birth. Arkwright kindly brought him up as cheap labour in his shop. He often implies that Granville's mother was a prostitute and his father a Hungarian.

Answer: Alice Tinker

It's a classic quote from "The Vicar of Dibley", said by village simpleton 'Alice Tinker' played by Emma Chambers. In 1998 for her role as Alice, Chambers won a British Comedy Award in the category Best TV Comedy Actress.
