'Bad Wolf' linked all of the series one episodes and was present in several different ways. The words were often presented in the form of graffiti and in one episode ('Boom Town') the words were even written in Welsh (Blaidd Drwg).

Everyone who had traveled through the void from and to the parallel universe had 'void stuff' around them!

The combination of hacking into the Archangel network and having everyone Martha had spoken to thinking 'Doctor' helped to return The Doctor to his usual self and he was able to save the day!
