Doogie brought along his mom during his driving test, and ended up encountering a traffic accident. Doogie stopped to help an injured bicyclist, which was when we discovered that this very young boy was a doctor.

Ah, Wanda. Janine was Vinnie's on-again, off-again girlfriend Crystal who doesn't exist. Lisa Dean Ryan played Wanda Plenn.

Could any of the others have been convincing at all? His first role was in the film "Clara's Heart". Neil went on to play darker roles in several TV films. He also played Doogie again in an episode of "Roseanne" during a dream sequence. His fame went quiet, though he acted quite a bit, until he played an over the top version of himself in the "Harold and Kumar" movies.

This led to his iconic role in the sitcom "How I Met Your Mother", and also film and theatrical success.
