1. "You are so gonna lose." Who says it?

Answer: Angel

Angel stands off to the side and lets Buffy do her thing to defeat Caleb, for the time being, making quirky comments.

2. Who does Andrew consider the perfect woman?

Answer: Anya

He tells this to Anya who replies "I've often thought so."

I read a book about "Shadow Men" who were from the Norse Underworld, it was great. -> Just in case you were wondering where that came from.
And the Lady in the tomb said that the Shadowmen evolved into the Watchers.
