Episode 13: Dark Designs Trivia Quiz

Answer: Shot at the rocks above the Predacons.

While the other Maximals were busy aiming at the Predacons, Rhinox pointed his chain guns at the rocks above, slowly chipping them away. Eventually, the Predacons were caught under a massive landslide, and the Maximals were able to retreat.

Answer: Tarantulas

Tarantulas was the only Predacon unscathed by the landslide and was able to carry out this order. Rhinox had opted to be the rear scout when returning to the Maximal base, and was not with the main group. Tarantulas was able to sneak up and incapacitate the large Maximal with his Energon webs.

Answer: To do nothing

Optimus decided not to interfere with the situation Megatron had created for himself. They listened in on the mayhem that ensued at the Predacon base via Rhinox's comlink, which was still active.

Answer: Scorponok

Scorponok was in a computer room, trying to fix the system Rhinox had secretly vandalized, when Rhinox found him. At first, Scorponok was merely annoyed at Rhinox's presence, not knowing him to have hostile intentions. Rhinox maneuvered his way around to one side of a large stack of heavy crates, with Scorponok on the other. Scorponok said that pushing the crates could be dangerous, but Rhinox pointed out that he was safe, as he was on the right side of them. Scorponok was subsequently crushed.

Answer: Waspinator

While Waspinator was flying through the base, carrying a crushed Scorponok to the CR chamber, Rhinox released a heavy pendulum that caught Waspinator dead on. Waspinator then started to fly around the base erratically, speaking gibberish. When Blackarachnia claimed that he was wacko, he corrected her with "Wacko? No! Wonko! Wonko the Sane."

Answer: Terrorsaur

Terrorsaur had the most treacherous personality of all the Predacons at the time, and offered to team up with Rhinox against Megatron after witnessing what Rhinox had done to Waspinator. Rhinox declined the offer to be equal partners, and instead told Terrorsaur to keep his beak shut, and to follow his orders.

Answer: By sticking him to his own web

When trying to determine the source of all his problems, Megatron was searching through the security cameras, and noticed that both Tarantulas and Blackarachnia had been poisoned and contained in their own Energon webs. This is when Megatron shouted his confusion, and the Maximals realized Optimus' plan: let Rhinox create utter pandemonium.

Answer: Scorponok

Freshly out of the CR chamber, Scorponok told his sad tale of being deceived and crushed. Megatron then set forth a plan to reverse his mistake by reprogramming Rhinox as a Maximal.

Answer: Scorponok and Terrorsaur

When Rhinox was cornered, he had Scorponok on one side, Terrorsaur on the other, and Megatron in front, sitting on his chair. To even the odds, Rhinox mentioned is alliance with Terrorsaur. Terrorsaur tried to deny its existence, but Scorponok was convinced, claiming "he's a smirker!". With Terrorsaur and Scorponok fighting, Rhinox was able to neutralize them both, and then Megatron.

When Rhinox jumped down to finish off the leader of the Predacons, he conveniently landed in the middle of Megatron's reprogramming device, and was turned back into a Maximal.

Answer: "It's like having three gigabytes of attitude on a two gig hardrive"

Later, when things had calmed down, the Maximals were enjoying the peace and quiet. Rhinox, in particular, was enjoying the flowers. The young and curious Cheetor asked him what being a Predacon was like. All the Maximals laughed at his answer, with one exception. Dinobot, being a former Predacon, merely scowled.
