In addition to "Finding Nemo", DeGeneres has appeared in many commercials and television shows.

They accused Springer of glamorizing and promoting violence. Later on the show was forced to tone down on fighting.

Johnny Carson was chosen as his successor and host the show for over 29 seasons from 1962 to 1992. Leno then took over after Carson retired, amid a conflict about time slots with David Letterman. Leno felt bad, and left for a very short period of time, hosting his very own prime time talk show earlier in the evening.

When Conan O'Brien took over, ratings dipped and he was also upset when the show was forced into a later slot.

He left the the network and Leno took over yet again.
