When the movie opens (in the morning), Sam spits out her orange juice, just as Clover does with her toothpaste. They begin to bicker amongst themselves when Alex interrupts and tells them about her new "rabbit diet", which is based on the carrot. Sam and Clover are obviously annoyed that Alex is making them join in by replacing food, beverages, and toiletries with carrot-based products.

First up in the training (which consists of holograms projected in a special hologram chamber) is crossing a canyon by use of a thin plank without falling. This exercise teaches the girls to evaluate and conquer their fears using mental prowess. The next task is to fight a group of ninjas while blindfolded - this exercise stresses the exclusive use of instincts.

The final test is to cross a river in a boat, but with some stipulations. Dean (the spies' partner) must remain in the boat at all times, one other person at a time may be in the boat, Clover and Alex may not be left alone, and Sam and Alex may not be left alone. Problem-solving is the focus of this last test.

When Dean and the girls are in the main hall of the training facility, they believe that the purpose is to retire for the day. They soon find themselves sealed in and the walls closing in on them. They escape by flooding the chamber when Alex breaks a water pipe and climbing out the skylight. As is revealed later, Terence (the trainer) wants the girls and Jerry (their boss) eliminated.

When the girls get the idea to flood the chamber to escape, they spot a nearby water pipe. After foreign objects fail to break it, Alex delivers a stiff kick to the pipe, which promptly breaks it in two.

Because of a grudge against Jerry, the nature of which is unknown at this point in the movie, Terence threatens Dean's life in order to get the girls to take Jerry's life. They want to spare both Jerry and Dean, but Terence is using cameras and satellites to spy on them. They jump inside a nearby garbage truck, the insides of which Terence can't see or hear.

After disguising themselves as hobos, the girls look around town for Jerry to alert him of Terence's plans. They see him in the window of a classy clothing store where he is holding ties up to his neck.

After surprising Jerry when he is shopping for ties, the girls hurry him into a dressing room, where Jerry (thinking he is being robbed by strangers) tells the girls to take his wallet, which is in his pocket. Clover is excited at the prospect of "shopping money". She twiddles her fingers and exclaims, "Ooh, shopping money!"

The androids (called Spydroids) are being designed by WOOHP (the girls' spy organization) to be the spies of the future so no humans will have to put themselves in immediate danger. Although they are not scheduled to become operational for 50 years, Terence is more than happy with their current destructive capabilities.

The Spydroids are being developed in a lab carved into an ice cave in Antarctica. This makes sense, because it is a violation of international law for anyone but scientists to visit Antarctica (which makes the frozen continent the perfect place for a top secret project).

Answer: backstabber

Terence programs one Spydroid to self-destruct near the core of WOOHP, which would completely destroy it. He resets the access password before retreating from the area, to make sure nobody can stop his plans. Dean correctly guesses the password, stating that "backstabber" was Terence's favorite word, when he was talking about Jerry.

After the Spydroids are shut down, Terence is apprehended, but soon escapes, ending the movie as a cliffhanger.
