 Sue greeted Will and told him that she would meet him on Saturday. She explained that she was one of the judges for the upcoming competition. Will felt very uneasy about this and argued this matter with Principal Figgins.
2. Will welcomed his 12 students to the "First Annual New Directions Regionals Setlist Numbers Nominations Party" but everyone seemed to be very depressed. Who did Will find and seek for some guidance?

Answer: Emma

 Emma was the school's guidance counselor. Emma cheered Will up by reminding him of how important the glee club meant to him. Emma also told Will that she had been seeing someone lately, who was her dentist, Carl Howard.

 The song, "Don't Stop Believin'" was also featured in the pilot episode of "Glee". This very special song served as an inspiration to Will. He shared his story with his glee club students. He once thought of quiting glee club but they brought him back by "Don't Stop Believin'". Will later informed the glee club members that they were going to perform a Journey medley at the regionals.

Unbeknownst to Quinn, her mother, Judy came and watched the competition.

Judy and some of the glee club members rushed her to the hospital while Rachel stayed and watched Vocal Adrenaline perform.

It was later revealed that Sue voted New Directions as the champion of the competition.
