1. In the beginning of season 3 Emmett cheats on Ted. What is the name of the man he cheats with?

Answer: Dijon

When Emmett runs into Dijon in the bathroom at Babylon, Dijon reminds him of a date they had made before he (Dijon who is a flight attendant) left on a plane. Brian convinces Emmett that he can go through with this arrangement using the "grandfather clause" which means that any previous engagement set up before the current is still an obligation.

When Michael was in the closet at work, and his friends were badgering him over it, Brian gave him this piece of advice. Lindsay also quotes this in season 3.
