Answer: Casty

Previously in the season, Rory and Jess got into a car accident, prompting Luke to send Jess away. Rory broke her arm, and was getting the cast off in this episode. Lorelai didn't want it to come off because she was getting too attached to it.

2. Who unexpectedly came to Stars Hollow?

Answer: Both

Chris came back and so did Jess. In the previous episode, Rory went to New York to visit Jess. He decided that he wanted to come back to Stars Hollow. Chris also came back, and told Lorelai that he and Sherry broke up.

3. While Lorelai and Chris were talking at Sookie's rehearsal dinner, what musical did Chris refer to?

Answer: Brigadoon

"Brigadoon" is a musical that takes place in Scotland. Chris made reference to this because Jackson had just come out holding up his kilt.

According to Jackson, it was a family tradition to wear a kilt on your wedding day in his family. He told Sookie that he refuses to wear it, but when they get married he is wearing the kilt.

Just before the wedding Kirk went into Luke's to get a sandwich. Luke was in his regular outfit, and didn't seem to be going to the wedding. When the wedding takes place he isn't there.

Even though she is still dating Dean, who was thrilled that Jess had finally left, she was just so happy to see him that she kisses him. After she realized what she did, she begged him not to say anything and ran away.

He and Lorelai were going to start over and try to be a family, and then Sherry called and told Chris that she was pregnant. Chris then leaves, again, leaving Lorelai very upset. Also, Rory decides that she is going to go to Washington for the summer with Paris. And that ends season 2!
