As Tomb Keepers, the Ishtar family was in charge of protecting the Pharaoh and his secrets. Marik longed to be something more then just a tomb keeper, but his father would not allow it. Thus, he was never allowed into the outside world. Marik's need to be more led to him sending his father to the Shadow Realm. There is a tattoo on Marik's back that reveals the secret of the Pharaoh.

The Millennium Necklace was in the possession of Izumi, Marik's sister. Pegasus had possession and control of the Millennium Eye. The Millennium Puzzle belongs to Yugi, who always wears it around his neck. Marik used the Millennium Rod to control peoples' minds and make them duel for him.

"Blue Eyes White Dragon" is not an Egyptian God Card, and Seto has possession of every "Blue Eyes" in the world. That leaves the "Winged Dragon of Ra". Marik used the "Winged Dragon of Ra" in every duel, thinking it could lead him to victory.

When he lost to Yami Yugi, Yugi gained possession of it.

An eye called "The Eye of Wdjat" glows gold on Yami Marik's forehead. It looks similar to the one that glows on Yami Yugi's forehead, but they are different. Yami Yugi's eye is called the Eye of Anubis. Everyone who has a Millennium Item has an eye on their forehead as well.

Answer: Odion

Odion is Marik's adopted brother. The two of them are very close, and Odion almost dies to try and get rid of Yami Marik. He has dark hair in a ponytail, but is bald on the top of his head. Odion has hieroglyphics tattooed on the side of his face. Ishizu is his blood sister, and Mr. and Mrs. Ishtar are Marik's parents.

Marik used Joey to try and send Yugi to a watery death, used Bandit Keith to steal Yugi's Millennium Puzzle, and used Strings to duel Yugi. Mai Valentine's only interaction with Marik was with Yami Marik, who caused her soul to be sent to the Shadow Realm.

Marik almost loses his life to the Shadow Realm, but he trades places with Yami Marik just in time. After Yami Marik's defeat, Marik apologizes for all the trouble and pain his dark side caused. He shows Yami Yugi the tattoo on his back, but Yami Yugi doesn't know what it means. Though he doesn't stay in Domino City with the Pharaoh and his friends, Marik does befriend him and become a good guy.

Seto Kaiba is the owner of Kaiba Corp. The Tomb Raiders are not an organization in the world of "Yu-Gi-Oh". The Big Five are five men that worked for Kaiba and Mokuba's stepfather. The Rare Hunters are Marik's organization. He wanted to use them to gain control of rare Duel Monster cards.

Answer: Yami Bakura

In order to gain the trust of Yugi and his friends, Marik let Yami Bakura attack Bakura and then attempted to help him. After being attacked by Yugi in a duel, Bakura himself falls into a coma. Yami Bakura, therefore, is in a coma as well.
