Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. In "Cancelled", the boys discover that Earth is which of these?

Answer: A TV show

The boys quickly realize that they're caught in a rerun, and they and Chef get to the bottom of an alien plot, sending them into outer space to meet with extraterrestrial beings who explain everything (in the form of 'a taco that craps ice cream'). The aliens create intergalactic television shows, and 'Earth' is their biggest hit reality TV show.

They've taken creatures from other planets and put them together to create drama. When Earth finds out, they're just glad to be famous, but this causes problems; Earth will be cancelled because humans have become aware.

The boys are able to convince the network heads to keep the show going, but only when their memories are wiped.
2. The boys end up toilet papering whose house?

Answer: Their art teacher's

After the boys make an inappropriate clay item in art class, their art teacher, Mrs. Dreibel, puts them in detention and they decide to toilet paper her house. Things get out of hand. Kyle is racked with guilt during and after the event while Officer Barbrady gets onto the case of identifying the perpetrators (despite the homeowners not really caring) going so far as to interrogate Butters, who had nothing to do with the whole ordeal, for forty hours. Cartman ends up revealing who was responsible to spring a deal for detention.
3. In an attempt to learn more about American history, Cartman attempts to have a flashback set in what year?

Answer: 1776

After revealing on national TV during a war-themed walk-out that they know nothing of the founding fathers, the boys are told to write a report on 1776. Cartman tries to have a flashback at all costs to avoid studying and, eventually, he succeeds in his attempt, electrocuting himself and getting sent to the hospital in a coma.

While Cartman learns via these mean, the other boys are split up enough by pro-war and anti-war parents that they don't actually finish their project, unsure of what side to take.
4. Cartman's Jennifer Lopez creates a song about what flavour of kisses?

Answer: Taco

Completing a project on Hispanics and cultural diversity, Cartman brings out Jennifer Lopez, a hand-puppet, winning a $20 mall gift certificate which he uses on a music video for Jennifer's culturally-insensitive single 'Taco-Flavored Kisses'. BHI Records picks it up because the new Jennifer is a younger, spicier version of J.Lo, who makes it her business to get back at Cartman's Lopez. Ben Affleck gets involved before long and it's unclear exactly how far things will go.

In the end, Cartman's Jennifer Lopez reveals herself to be Mitch Connor, a con man. Mitch takes a cyanide pill and dies and everything goes back to normal.
5. Who is not a member of Faith + 1?

Answer: Tweek

After arguments amongst the boys, Cartman bets Kyle that he can get a Christian rock platinum album before the others and, to an extent, he becomes a big success, pairing up with Butters on drums and Token on bass to create 'Faith + 1', a band which simply replaces the word 'baby' in songs with 'Jesus' or 'God'.

In the end, Cartman is able to sell one million albums as per the stipulation of the bet, but Kyle ends up winning when Cartman is awarded a myrrh album; there is no platinum designation for Christian rock bands. Cartman wastes all the group's earnings on a premature celebration.
6. The boys are able to stop an AARP takeover by blocking senior citizens' entry to what location?

Answer: Country Kitchen Buffet

In "Grey Dawn", senior citizens become responsible for the deaths of several South Park residents when they go behind the wheels of their cars. The seniors have their licenses taken away, but the AARP steps in to reclaim the town for the elderly, sparking a revolution and sending everyone else into camps.

The boys are able to stop the seniors by waking up early and barricading the Country Kitchen Buffet from the inside, preventing the elderly masses from eating and saving everyone.
7. Who does Kyle invite to his birthday party at Casa Bonita in place of Cartman?

Answer: Butters

After Kyle reveals that he plans to go to Casa Bonita for his birthday, Cartman is thrilled only to be let down when he discovers he's not invited, mainly because of his attitude towards Kyle. This forces Cartman to take matters into his own hands and, before the party, Cartman locks Butters into a bomb shelter.

This, of course, cases a manhunt that postpones the party anyways. Cartman ultimately does make it to Casa Bonita, but not before the police are notified and everyone realizes the extent of Cartman's insanity.
8. A new kid, Gary, moves to South Park. The boys discover he is of what religion?

Answer: Mormonism

Gary and his family move to South Park from Utah and Stan is first to discover that Gary and his family are Mormons. While Stan is initially put off by their close-knit household, he and Randy find that there's something interesting about their beliefs.

The more Stan digs into the history of the Mormon faith, however, the more he doesn't seem to believe in the whole thing. While Randy takes the family's newly-adopted religion to an extreme, Stan decides to oppose it. Ultimately, Gary calls Stan out for his intolerance and lack of family values, doing so in front of the other kids.
9. After Stan breaks up with Wendy, the boys take him to what restaurant?

Answer: Raisins

After Wendy breaks up with Stan, he's emotionally distraught enough that the other boys take him to a preteen Hooters restaurant called Raisins. It doesn't really help him out, but Butters ends up falling for a girl named Lexus who, as it turns out, just wants him to spend money on him. Wendy ends up dating Token while Stan falls into a depressive state, becoming friends with South Park's goth clique.

In the end, Butters ends up giving Stan the perspective he needs to get out of his funk.
10. When Ike is forced to return to Canada, the boys travel across the border to meet with the Prime Minister. Who is revealed to be the phoney Prime Minister?

Answer: Saddam Hussein

After two Canadians visit South Park to reclaim their son, Ike (actually named Peter), the Broflovskis spend the holiday season in sadness. It being Christmastime, however, the other citizens of South Park send money to help them head to Canada to meet with the Prime Minister and get Ike back. What follows is a 'Wizard of Oz-esque' trip north in which the boys meet several Canadians on their way to Ottawa, discover that the role of Prime Minister has been filled by Saddam Hussein.

They stop him and save Canada while Ike decides to head home with Kyle.

In the end, the boys spend Christmas in Canada.
