In the beginning of the episode, this is revealed and Brian is unable to afford the medicine for his worms. Throughout the episode, Stewie tries to help Brian get three hundred dollars for his medicine.

Stewie was going to award the Album of the Year to Justin Timberlake, but he ended up knocking Justin out with the award and gave it to Nelly. According to Stewie, it was one of the best awards he has given out.
