The USA Network site lists him as "Dr. Kroger" during the first season, but he becomes "Dr. Charles Kroger" during the summer of 2003. Dr. Mosley was a Marriage Counselor visited by the Captain and his wife.
For some reason, Stanley Kamel (who plays Dr. Kroger) was not listed in the credits of "Mr. Monk and the Captain's Wife".
