After accidentally flirting with her at an awards show, accidentally bidding ten thousand dollars on her at a charity auction and entering her apartment by mistake, Buster is in constant fear that he will have to encounter Lucille again.

2. What is Michael trying to sell?

Lucille (Bluth) doesn't want Michael to sell the yacht because she wants to hold an extravagant party to upstage Lucille Austero for her birthday. She says that Michael is her third least favourite child in the family.
