Just as the construction workers were sipping their coffee waiting for the rest of the team to get there, they see a body hit the ground a few feet away from them. As the body is shown, you can see two pieces of rebar sticking through his chest. Upon seeing this, one of the workers drops his coffee cup. So much for his extra foam, add a shot, hazelnut latte! (That would have made a tough question, huh?)

2. When DiNozzo first meets Detective Hanley at the crime scene, he criticizes her for doing something that could contaminate the crime scene. What did he criticize her for?

Answer: wearing a scarf

He criticized her for wearing a very long scarf while she was looking for evidence inside the car. He reminded her that threads from the scarf could fall off in the car and contaminate the evidence. Tony was also quick to say that it's a common mistake that everyone has made at least once.

The minute this guy said his name, he received a strange look from Tony. He was quick to add that this was his real name and not to bother with jokes because he's heard them all already. He even wore the wire rim glasses. It was a great touch by the producers of the show to add the patriotic flute sound bites to this scene.

Much to their surprise, they open the coffin to find nothing but four metal weights that had been cleaned with acetone to remove any forensic evidence. The team concludes that the body must have been stolen from the funeral home.
