Darryl Armstrong is portrayed by Michael Kinney. Throughout the series, Mr. Armstrong was seen coaching basketball, football, wrestling, and even floor hockey. Darryl Armstrong made his first appearance in the first season episode "The Mating Game" where his math class received a visit from Dr. Sally who taught sex education to the students.

Answer: Jimmy

Aubrey Graham played Jimmy Brooks, whose character had one of the toughest roads through school. Jimmy was shot in season four, leaving him confined to a wheelchair and ending his dreams of playing college basketball. Jimmy tried to get a record deal with a producer but his girlfriend, Ashley Kerwin, tried to cut him out of the demo. Jimmy also caught his dad having an affair on his mother.

After Graham left the show, he became a rapper and took the stage name Drake.

Answer: Jane Vaughn

Jane tried out for and made the football team, but her fellow players gave her trouble because she was a girl. After Derek purposely threw a game and blamed it on Jane to make her look bad, she was jumped by Bruce and Derek. Jane was played by Paula Brancati.

Although Emma was known as "cause girl", she did not play football for the cause. Holly J. and Fiona were more into fashion and popularity than football.

Answer: Janie and the Studz

The band began as The Stüdz and included Danny, Peter Stone, Sav Bhandari, and Spinner. The group did well as The Stüdz, and was asked to play in the Jason Mewes movie, "Mewesical High", where Spinner was replaced by Jay, Manny was put on lead vocals, and Peter's girlfriend Mia was asked to play the tambourine.

The band, back to its original members after the film appearance, kicked Peter out after they found out about his crystal meth usage, and replaced him with Jane Vaughn on lead vocals. They then changed the name of the band to Janie and The Studz and accepted Peter back into the group.

Answer: Honey Bee

Paige Michalchuk, played by Lauren Collins, appeared in 99 episodes. Spinner and Paige dated on three different occasions for a total of 33 episodes. Paige was the 'Queen Bee' of Degrassi Community School, which was probably the reason that Spinner called her Honey Bee. Paige was the leader of the Power Squad, and formed her own band with Ashley and Terri, named Paige Michalchuk and the Sex Kittens, or P.M.S. for short. Paige has an older brother Dylan, who is gay, and Paige herself was involved in a same-sex relationship with Alex Nuñez.

Answer: Darcy Edwards

Darcy Edwards was at Degrassi was before the Lakehurst merger. Lakehurst students were absorbed into the Degrassi population after a fire destroyed Lakehurst. Lucas, Bruce, Johnny DiMarco, Anya MacPherson, Holly J. Sinclair, Sav Bhandari and Jane Vauqghn all became students at Degrassi after the merger. Mia Jones transferred a few months before the merger but had previously attended Lakehurst Secondary School.

Fiona's brother Declan attended Degrassi for a short time, and Jane Vaughn and her brother Lucas Valieri were both at Degrassi at the same time. Darcy and her younger sister Clare both attended when Degrassi was a grade 7 through 12 school. Emma's little brother Jack was not born until season three of the series, and therefore was never old enough to attend school with his sister.

Answer: Sean stole Mr. Simpson's laptop

After Simpson's laptop was stolen, Jimmy, Hazel, Toby, Sean, and Ellie were given detention in the "Breakfast Club" style episode "Take On Me". Ellie was there just to investigate the crime and report to Caitlin what she learned. During their time in detention, Sean and Ellie bonded and she revealed to him that she had previously been a "cutter" and showed him the scars. Sean then, not knowing that he was being recorded, admitted to Ellie that he took the laptop.

After Ellie accidentally revealed that she had been trying to figure out the culprit, Sean crushed the tape. Ellie promised Sean that she would not make a news story about the investigation and the two began dating.

Answer: Emma

Emma Nelson lived with her mother Spike. Emma's father Shane jumped off a bridge after taking acid one night and was in an assisted living home. In the series' first episode "Mother and Child Reunion", Emma was chatting online with a guy named Jordan, who she believes to be her age.

It turned out that he was an adult posing as a child. Snake and Spike, along with the police, came to the aid of Emma and got her out of the hotel room before Jordan could do anything to her.

Answer: Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith first appeared in the episode "West End Girls". During this episode Smith was seen scouting out Degrassi as the possible filming location for his new project titled, "Jay and Silent Bob Go Canadian, Eh!". In the episodes "Going Down the Road (1)" and "Going Down the Road (2)" Kevin Smith returned with his buddy Jason Mewes to begin filming and decided to give Degrassi student Manny Santos a role in his film. During his time there, Kevin spent a good deal of time with Caitlyn Ryan, whom he admitted he had a crush on.
