1. The episode starts with Parker, the butler, come to call on Poirot. We see him knocking on the door of Dr. Sheppard. Why did Parker go to Dr. Sheppard's door?

Answer: Nobody answered the door at Poirot's house

They both go to Poirot's house and enter. They get a shock when all of the clocks go off at the same time. Later, they notice all of the utensils in the kitchen are lined up in order.
2. Parker and Dr. Sheppard enter the garden and hear Poirot talking. They hear him shout "I will kill you!" Then something comes flying at them. What was it?

Answer: A pumpkin

Poirot stands up and sees Dr. Sheppard and Parker. The look on his face is hilarious. He explains how he worked and worked with the pumpkin, but "she" wouldn't grow, so he "killed" it.
