Angry because his pizza was topped with Canadian bacon, Mayor West gets out his 'cat launcher' and chases the delivery boy through Quahog's streets shooting cats at him. One cat (named Paul) goes through the window as Chris and his friends go by.

They end up stealing armfuls of adult videos while they can.

In another "Family Guy" text message vote, Cleveland makes an impromptu appearance at the end of the episode after all plots are resolved.
