1. How many guns did Michael have with him in the pilot episode when he held up the bank?

Answer: 2

We see him discharging one of the guns and the other is tucked away, when the police arrive we see both, although in the episode Brothers Keeper we see him getting ready and picking two guns up.

2. Who plays the character T-bag?

Answer: Robert Knepper

Robert Knepper plays T-bag, Stacy Keach is the warden, Rockmond Dunbar is C-note and Muse Watson is Charles Westmoreland (D.B.Cooper).
I think Robert Knepper plays this character fantastically, he is the character that you love to hate.

3. How many inmates were involved in the final escape?

Answer: Ten

There were ten inmates involved in the final escape, although only eight actually made it over the wall. Charles Westmoreland died due to a stab wound to his abdomen and Manche broke the wire from the wall and fell to the ground where the guards found him. Lincoln, Scofield, Abruzzi, Sucre, C-note, T-bag, Tweener and Haywire got over the wall and the escape began.

4. What is the name of the handyman who works in Veronica's apartment block?

Answer: Lucasz

We discover his name when Nick Savrinn is trying to talk to Veronica and she says "Lucasz, could you walk me back inside".

5. How long has Westmoreland been in prison?

Answer: 30 yrs

We find this out when one of the group wants to know how to be a trustee. Lincoln says that you need to have a spotless record for the last 30 yrs, just like Westmoreland.

6. There were only two people apart from Sucre and Lincoln that Scofield needed to take with him on the escape. Who were they?

Answer: Abruzzi and Westmoreland

He needed to take Abruzzi to organise a plane to getaway in, and he needed Westmoreland's money. Everyone else just found out and wanted to get in on the escape too.

7. In" Brothers Keeper", Michael was handed a piece of paper in a bar. What was written in the paper?

Answer: Bolshoi Booze

The paper said Bolshoi Booze, although we never actually discovered what this is used for.

8. What is the name of Sucre's girlfriend?

Answer: Maricruz

Her name is Maricruz. Sucre wanted to propose to her, so he robbed the shop a second time. Just as he was leaving, the police arrived and promptly arrested him.

9. Who phoned the police when Sucre robbed the shop the second time?

Answer: Hector, his cousin

It was Hector who phoned the police, because he seemed to have a thing for Maricruz. We see him close his phone, but not before seeing the numbers 911 on the screen.

10. The first time the inmates tried to escape, how long did they have to get over the wall?

Answer: 18 minutes

Michael worked out the timing for this by setting a tape recorder up outside the infirmary window and checking how long it was until the guards came round. This worked out to 18 minutes.
