Sara talked to the security guard to distract his attention so that Mahone could sneak into the manager's room to retrieve the wireless device. However, Sara's action raised suspicion when she asked the guard too many questions. Mahone could not get out of the room through the front door so he tried to find other way out of the room.

Another guard caught him and informed him that he was in the restricted area. Mahone punched him in the face and tried to run but he was apprehended when two other guards showed up.

The gang was about to leave the casino but Roland said he needed to do something. He informed the others he would catch up with them later. He turned on the device and played the slot machines; he won a lot of money. A security guard noticed this and approached him. The wireless device was confiscated.

Susan said she wanted to "clear the air". She knew the image of her horsewhipping Sara's back while she was captured in Panama still haunted her. So she offered Sara the chance and gave her five minutes to do the same thing to her. However, Sara only demanded to know the name of the woman who had helped her escape from the room. That woman was Jane, who was on Michael's father, Aldo's side who took care of LJ, but Susan told Sara that her name was Michelle Taylor.

Lincoln recalled back in the year 2001, he had done the same thing together with his partner. So he suggested to the gang to use this method to get the card from General. Meanwhile, Sara would be the paramedic and she would inject General with morphine so that by the time he woke up in the hospital, it would be too late to know that the gang had retrieved the Scylla card from him.

Everyone was blaming Roland after the wireless device was confiscated in Vegas. Michael told Roland to work upstairs. Roland secretly contacted Wyatt and asked how much price would he offer for Scofield and Burrows. They arranged a meeting and Roland waited excitedly for the reward that he thought he was going to get. Wyatt shot Roland's kneecaps and finally another shot through his left chest. Michael showed up and took Roland's laptop that contained all the data from the previous five Scylla cards. Before he died, Roland told Michael he was sorry for everything. Michael hold Roland's hand tightly, until his last breath.
