Answer: Kenny the waiter

Kiki was supposed to be the mistress of ceremonies for the "Tease For Teens" contest at Woody's but feel ill after having the pink plate special at the diner.

2. What is the name of the man running against Police Chief Stockwell?

Answer: Councilman Marvin Deekins

Brian was helping Stockwell against the advice of his friends but later turned his own campaign around.

3. Why did Justin leave Ethan?

Answer: Ethan cheated on him

When Justin drove to see Ethan's performance he noticed a young man admiring him and ended up shrugging it off. That is until the boy showed up at Ethan's door with roses.
