This is from the episode "About A Girl". Ray said it as a joke because he thinks this whole online relationship thing is a joke. Robbie doesn't seem to think it's so funny.

I thought this was one of the funniest quotes. It's from "Radio Wars". RFR was annoyed because Kim stole their "Gripe Of The Day" idea and turned it into "Beef De Jour" so Ray phoned in and said this quote so the whole school could hear. Kim doesn't have a good comeback then, but she soon disses them on air and frames them for vandalism.
