Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. In the "Alternate Side", who is the guy that moves the cars from one side of the street to the other, so that people don't get parking tickets?

Answer: Sid

George takes over for Sid because Sid goes out of town for the week to visit his sister in Virginia. Needless to say that George does a sub-par job at it.
2. What name does Joel Rifkin think is in association with a guy who buys irregular underwear?

Answer: Ned

Joel Rifkin is a name of a serial killer, which is why Joel (the one Elaine is dating) wants to change his name and Elaine is all too supportive of the name change. The problem is that they cannot agree on a name.
3. Why does George put his hand in the tip jar at Piesano's in "The Calzone"?

Answer: He wants the cook to see him put the money in

He wants the cook to see him put the money in the tip jar because the cook gave him a dirty look last time. George does not want the cook to think he was cheap so he reaches in to grab the money and the cook thinks he is stealing money and bans him from the restaurant.
4. After how many dates is a face-to-face break-up required?

Answer: seven

Jerry tells Elaine that six would be fine for a phone break-up, but seven has to be a face-to-face break-up unless if she hasn't had sex with the guy.
5. What is Newman's moniker when he is hired to eat the muffin stumps?

Answer: The Cleaner

Elaine hires Newman because there is nowhere to put the muffin stumps. The homeless are offended and none of the garbage dumps will take them because the muffins do not have the tops.
6. What is the surname of the man that gives Elaine a mattress, and Kramer can never remember his name?

Answer: Kitzmiller

Kitzmiller ends up taking his swimming class to the East River where Kramer enjoys the freedom of the open sea. This does not make Kramer very happy.
7. In "The Pez Dispenser", what animal does the elderly man from the Polar Bear Club talk about with Elaine?

Answer: Kangaroo

He talks about how the male kangaroo has "pouch envy" of the female kangaroo.
8. How much do the John F. Kennedy golf clubs start at in the auction?

Answer: $4,000

J. Peterman tells Elaine that she shouldn't go over $10,000 at the auction, but she wants to out-bid Sue Ellen and goes all the way up to $20,000.
9. What is name of the man that Jerry has to lose to at tennis on purpose to show this guy's manliness to his wife?

Answer: Milos

Milos is a terrible tennis player, but he owns his own tennis pro shop. This makes Jerry mad because it is not right that this guy is giving him advice on tennis even though he is worse than he is. In the end, Jerry agrees to lose to him to make his wife love him again.
10. What move does David Puddy supposedly steal from George in "The Fusilli Jerry"?

Answer: The Knuckle

Puddy stole the Counter-Clockwise swirl from Jerry and the Knuckle from George, leading to a whole argument between he and Jerry. This leads to Jerry not going to him for mechanical work on his car. In the end, Jerry is told that he is getting ripped off at the other car shop, so he goes back to Puddy because a good mechanic is worth more than a sex move.
11. In "The Doorman", what country is Mr. Pitt visiting while Elaine is watching over his apartment?

Answer: Scotland

This is when Jerry runs into the doorman because he has to pick up Elaine to go to a movie. Jerry gets very uncomfortable around the doorman because there is nothing to talk about that won't offend the doorman.
12. How many episodes is Poppie in?

Answer: four

He is in "The Doorman", "The Pie", "The Couch", and in "The Finale Pt.2".
13. What doesn't George do to try to get fired from the Yankees to get the head scouting job with the Mets?

Answer: Wear Lou Gehrig's pants

George Steinbrenner wears Lou Gehrig's pants to support the "out with the old and in with the new" philosophy while George Costanza stains Babe Ruth's jersey.
14. What will Myanmar always be known as to J. Peterman?

Answer: Burma

J. Peterman goes to the Burmese Jungle because he has gone insane, but Elaine has to get a clothing expense approved by him so she goes all the way there. He then tells her that he must see the hat before he approves it, but of course she does not have the hat. Classic "Seinfeld".
15. Whose number does Kramer receive that is written on Jerry's dry cleaning ticket?

Answer: Uma Thurman

He receives this number, but it is later erased because of moisturizer that Kramer has that explodes in his pocket.
