Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. In "The Pony Remark", according to Jerry, what are ponies not used for?

Answer: Crowd control

"Who leaves a country packed with ponies... to come a non-pony country?" During the stand-up portion of the episode, while you were out making a sandwich, Jerry pointed out that ponies would never be used for crowd control. One cannot intimidate while riding a pony. Don't get mad at me. It was in the episode.
2. In "The Visa", Jerry didn't want to go to Isabella's restaurant because he said that it was too what?

Answer: Trendy

Jerry wound up at Isabella's anyway because Elaine dragged him there. This did not sit well with George who was on a first date with a foxy lawyer. The lawyer thought George was funny and George knew Jerry would be funnier.
George had asked Jerry, "Do you always have to be so funny?"
3. In the episode "The Old Man", Kramer and Newman attempt to sell used records at what establishment?

Answer: Bleecker Bob's Records

Bleecker Bob was not at all enthused with the stack of Jerry's records that Kramer and Newman tried to sell him. He offered five dollars for the lot and said, "Ya bring back something decent...and I'll give ya some money." Kramer and Newman began tossing insults at Bleecker Bob who in turn tossed the two idiots out the door.
4. Kramer ruined a washing machine by filling it with concrete mix. Kramer estimated the monetary damage to be about _____? These critical data are to be found in "The Revenge".

Answer: $1200.00

Kramer trashed a commercial washing machine and George slipped his boss a mickey. Elaine told George's boss she was a nudist and Jerry lost $1500.00 in the laundry. Jerry wanted to know, "Where you gonna get this mickey? I can't even believe I'm saying mickey." Kramer found Jerry's $1500.00 and told him that the washing machine would cost him about twelve hundred bucks. What are friends for?
5. In "The Stall", after having his face destroyed during an ill-advised outing with Kramer and George, Tony told George to do what?

Answer: Step off

For you or me, to go rock climbing with George Costanza and Cosmo Kramer, would constitute basic stupidity. For Tony, however, it was an unfortunate case of basic ignorance. For Elaine, well, just more of the same scatterbrained hi-jinks. For Jerry, he was busy with a girlfriend who was on a phone sex call with Kramer. That's a shame.
6. In "The Diplomat's Club", Mr. Pitt was seen eating what with a knife and fork?

Answer: Candy bar

Elaine was having emotional flashbacks of her time as Mr. Pitt's employee. One of these showed Mr. Pitt working on a Snickers bar with a knife and fork. This actually happened in a different episode. Jerry, whom Mr. Pitt thinks is a pharmacist, wound up in a swimming pool, car and all, with his annoying assistant. Kramer and Newman were at the airport betting Son of Sam's mailbag on flight departures. We'll skip George. What was George doing? Oh yeah, the exterminator.

As Jerry got kicked off his flight he calmly said, "Yes...I'm freaking out!"
7. In "The Finale" part 2, what was on the wall adjacent to the holding cell where the gang of four wound up after the trial?

Answer: Dart board

It was in the finale episode. It was shown for about a nano-second. Kramer got the water out of his ear. George still had a button in the wrong place on his shirt. Jerry figured it's only a year, and Elaine had not yet grasped the full simplicity of what's happening.
8. In "The Puffy Shirt", George burned his hands on what?

Answer: Hot iron

This episode was unique in that we can't blame George for doing anything stupid. Now Jerry, on the other hand, agreed to wear that ludicrous shirt on national TV. The gal who recruited George to be a hand model was Elsa Carlisle. It was on the business card she gave to George.
9. In "The Truth", it was learned that Jerry had donated to Kramer's so called Volcano relief fund. This took place while Jerry was on a first date with whom?

Answer: Elaine

And because of this, Jerry was being audited by the IRS. George was being audited by a pretentious girlfriend who has chopsticks in her hair and once worked for the IRS. Kramer, after seeing Elaine naked, decided to make a coffee table from a windshield he found on the road. Tina, Kramer's girlfriend, during a tribal music makeout session in Elaine's living room, discovered the coffee table in her own way. Finally, George tried to scrounge a free taxi ride down to a burnt out building on the docks.
10. A question I have been pondering for years: Just what, exactly, is a scofflaw? Is it a scalawag, a rapscallion, a rogue, a scamp, or pixie? Since this is a "Seinfeld" quiz, then we are referring to whom?

Answer: Newman

Who could leave out Newman? According to Jerry, he is merry. According to Newman, "he who controls the mail...controls INFORMATION!" Newman was referred to as a scofflaw in the episode "The Scofflaw".
