Homer came out to yell for Marge in 'Oh Streetcar'. Also in that episode, Ned played Stanley in the play. Burns yelled for Smithers in a dream when Smithers mentioned that he was once married.

Cecil and Bob are essentially Niles and Frasier, both being voiced by David Hyde Pierce and Kelsey Grammer respectively.
