Evidently, Lobster Boy used to go on all the talk shows and was "one of the most popular disfigured people" on the circuit. Then one day the freaks discovered that "Lobster Boy wasn't a real freak at all; he was just an actual lobster!" As punishment, the real freaks boiled him alive!

Maury sent him to "the largest putt-putt golf course in the world". The boys back in South Park sobered up pretty quickly, as they realized they wouldn't get to reap the benefit of Butters' appearance on the show. Cartman, ever the problem solver, decided to put balls on his chin and go on "Maury" to earn his own prize.

He'd originally called the show to try to get on as another boy with balls on his chin, but was told they were now casting for this new show. He assured the assistant that he was out of control and she pulled out her checklist to screen him:
Assistant: "Is your mother in tears every day over how disobedient you are?"

Assistant: "Does she worry about you doing drugs and having sex at such a young age?"
Cartman: "Yeah, sure. I do crack and potpourri and queazies..."

His first instinct was to run, but then he remembered: "Wait! I can't go anywhere; I'm grounded! Oh, Christ, what a pickle!" Butters ended up putting the balls back on his chin so the freaks wouldn't know he was faking and kill him.

The rally leader addressed the crowd: "We are a strong and diverse group of people, with members like Woman With Crab-Like Body, Incredibly Obese Black Person, Man With Brains Outside of Head, and Liza Minnelli." Later, Incredibly Obese Black Man corrected the leader, "Excuse me, I'm not Incredibly Obese Black Man; I'm Incredibly Black Obese Man."

Cartman, continually trying to one-up Vanity and shine as the most Out of Control guest on the show, claimed, "I ran for Congress and won. Then I had sex with an intern, killed her, and hid her body. What-eva! I'll do what I want!" Evidently, Cartman was envisioning himself in Gary Condit's shoes!

After Vanity told Maury that she'd "helped in a drive-by shooting," Cartman countered, "Whatever. I digitally put Jabba the Hutt back into the original 'Star Wars' movie! I'll do what I want!" Maury agreed, "Wow, that is out of control!"

After Maury had to stop filming his Out of Control Kids show, Cartman confronted Butters in front of the freaks and ripped the balls right off his chin! Butters was sure the ruse was up, but the freaks just thought that the "Out of Control" kid had actually ripped off Butters' deformity and chased Cartman down! Butters didn't get away completely clean, though; his parents drove up and he knew he was in trouble.
