Question 1 of 10
1. "During my first away mission outside of Voyager, I was trying to help some alien miners who had mysteriously become very sick. When I found the source of their illness, I wanted to bring a sample back with me onto the ship for further analysis, but he babbled something about away team protocol that prevented me from doing so." Hint

Question 2 of 10
2. "This woman is back in the Alpha Quadrant, yet I have seen her three times since Voyager was pulled into the Delta Quadrant by the Caretaker. But each time, it wasn't really her. The first time, I hallucinated an image of her on the bridge's viewscreen. The second time, I believed she was in one of the corridors. The third time, she was on the holodeck, but her image faded away, as the captain had to shut down all photonic activity in order to abide by the laws of an alien race." Hint

Question 3 of 10
3. "I shouldn't have listened to him, but then again, I didn't realize that they wanted revenge. Because of him, I nearly killed a vital member of this crew when that mug of coffee shattered right before our eyes. Thankfully, Voyager has an excellent doctor, and he made a full recovery. I definitely learned my lesson." Hint

Question 4 of 10
4. "It was pretty tense there for a moment, not knowing which one was real and which one was an illusion. I had been so sure, but thankfully, the captain was there to convince me otherwise. If not, we might've stayed trapped inside of it for a really long time...maybe even forever." Hint

Question 5 of 10
5. "I was in my quarters (well, at least I thought I was) and about to indulge in what I'd just replicated when I heard voices. They were coming from a back room. I got up and looked, but nobody was there; just a photograph. But when I kept hearing those voices, I got up and started to leave when a knife-wielding woman appeared, blocking my way out." Hint

Question 6 of 10
6. "It was pretty pointless to keep working on something if it wasn't responding to our efforts. It laid there, lifeless and immobile, and I proved my point when I raised one of the arms. But I knew she was determined to get it up and functioning again. And she did--well, not without it kidnapping her and taking her hostage on an alien ship where she'd agreed to help it to create additional ones just like it." Hint

Question 7 of 10
7. "I told her I wasn't used to handling currency, and I'm sure the device she had around my head confirmed that I wasn't lying about that. She tried to get some information out of the other two, eventually discovering that one of us indeed was responsible for the mysterious violence happening amongst her people." Hint

Question 8 of 10
8. "It was a dark and stormy night...on the holodeck, anyway. The wind had forced open a window, which I promptly closed to keep the rain from coming inside the room. That's when I saw a reflection of a portrait on a wall behind me. And as I moved closer to study it's artistry, I suddenly felt a hand on my shoulder. People shouldn't sneak up on you like that." Hint

Question 9 of 10
9. "I wonder what's going to happen to me once Voyager makes it back to the Alpha Quadrant? Will I be tried and punished for my previous crimes? It's not like I've done anything wrong; only a few of them had to die in order for us to survive. She'd never understand, but I'm at least thankful that he had some compassion for me and spared my life." Hint

Question 10 of 10
10. "Why does this always happen to me? Every time he goes away, I have to take his place, even though I don't have nearly as much knowledge as he does. But I can understand why I was chosen; we don't have a full staff like there is on other Federation starships. And with her no longer on the ship, my role is even more important now. So I guess the next time somebody comes down with a case of the stomach cramps or complains about a skin rash, it'll be me to the rescue once again." Hint

Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. "During my first away mission outside of Voyager, I was trying to help some alien miners who had mysteriously become very sick. When I found the source of their illness, I wanted to bring a sample back with me onto the ship for further analysis, but he babbled something about away team protocol that prevented me from doing so."

Answer: The Doctor

In "Macrocosm", the Doctor transported to the Garan mining colony to treat the miners who had gotten sick as a result of the macroviruses. Chakotay, who was in command of Voyager while Neelix and Janeway were on the diplomatic mission with the Tak Tak, wouldn't allow the Doctor to bring one of the smaller insect versions of the virus onto the ship, although some of them escaped into the transporter system anyways when the Doctor beamed back onto the ship.
The third time, she was on the holodeck, but her image faded away, as the captain had to shut down all photonic activity in order to abide by the laws of an alien race."

Answer: Tuvok

In three separate episodes, Tuvok sees an imaginary image of his wife, T'Pel: "Persistence Of Vision", as shown on the bridge viewscreen; "Bliss", while in a corridor on Voyager as a result of the 'wormhole alien'; "Body And Soul", while on the holodeck when he was going through the Vulcan pon farr, but she vanished right before his eyes when Janeway was forced to cut power to the holodecks to prevent the Lokirrim from detecting photonic activity on the ship.
3. "I shouldn't have listened to him, but then again, I didn't realize that they wanted revenge. Because of him, I nearly killed a vital member of this crew when that mug of coffee shattered right before our eyes. Thankfully, Voyager has an excellent doctor, and he made a full recovery. I definitely learned my lesson."

Answer: Kes

Tanis, the Ocampan man whom Voyager encounters at the array in "Cold Fire", instructs Kes on how to become more powerful. In a demonstration in the mess hall, Kes wants to show Tuvok that she can can heat up some coffee in a cup. But she's unable to control her powers during the demonstration, and she not only makes the cup shatter on the table, she also ends up burning Tuvok's face (now THAT was some scary stuff :-)
4. "It was pretty tense there for a moment, not knowing which one was real and which one was an illusion. I had been so sure, but thankfully, the captain was there to convince me otherwise. If not, we might've stayed trapped inside of it for a really long time...maybe even forever."

Answer: B'Elanna

In "Parallax", Janeway and B'Elanna are in a shuttlecraft trying to correct the problem caused by Voyager's entry into the singularity. On their way back to Voyager, they encounter duplicate Voyagers--one of them a time-delayed version of the other. B'Elanna believes the Voyager on the port side is the correct Voyager while Janeway thinks it's the Voyager on the starboard side. Turns out the captain was correct.
5. "I was in my quarters (well, at least I thought I was) and about to indulge in what I'd just replicated when I heard voices. They were coming from a back room. I got up and looked, but nobody was there; just a photograph. But when I kept hearing those voices, I got up and started to leave when a knife-wielding woman appeared, blocking my way out."

Answer: Janeway

During one moment in "Persistence Of Vision", Janeway believes she is in her quarters, about to relax with a nice bowl of coffee ice cream, when she hears the sound of her her dog barking and Mark, her boyfriend from Earth, talking to her. She takes a longing look at the photograph of them both, then as she continues to hear Mark talking, she walks to the doors of her quarters which, after a momentary pause, open up with Mrs. Templeton, the bitter woman from her holonovel, entering inside, knife in hand. Of course, none of it was real; all were 'visions' created by the Botha.
6. "It was pretty pointless to keep working on something if it wasn't responding to our efforts. It laid there, lifeless and immobile, and I proved my point when I raised one of the arms. But I knew she was determined to get it up and functioning again. And she did--well, not without it kidnapping her and taking her hostage on an alien ship where she'd agreed to help it to create additional ones just like it."

Answer: Harry

In "Prototype", Harry and B'Elanna are working on reviving one of the Pralor automated units in engineering. Harry has pretty much given up hope, and to illustrate exactly that, he raises one of the arms, which doesn't show a responsive reflex. The automated unit did end up becoming functional and did end up kidnapping B'Elanna, who was forced to agree to build more prototypes so that the Pralor ship, which was more powerful than Voyager, would cease its attack.
7. "I told her I wasn't used to handling currency, and I'm sure the device she had around my head confirmed that I wasn't lying about that. She tried to get some information out of the other two, eventually discovering that one of us indeed was responsible for the mysterious violence happening amongst her people."

Answer: Janeway

In "Random Thoughts", the Mari Chief Inspector, Namira, was interrogating Janeway, Neelix and B'Elanna regarding the violent attacks that have been happening in the marketplace. During Janeway's questioning, the captain tells that she was trying to purchase something but wasn't used to handling currency.

It's eventually discovered that B'Elanna was the one who needed to be subjected to the engramatic purge, as she had thought about attacking the man that had accidentally bumped into her, which triggered the transferring of the violent thoughts to other Mari citizens.
People shouldn't sneak up on you like that."

Answer: Janeway

At the beginning of "Cathexis", Janeway was participating in her holonovel program set in ancient England, playing the role of governess Lucy Davenport. The dark and stormy ambiance outside of the house (which was actually the holodeck) kinda set the whole dark mood for the whole episode, actually. Janeway had closed a window that the wind blew open, then noticed the reflection of a painting on a wall.

Then when she curiously took a look at the painting, Lord Burleigh, the man who is madly in love with Mrs. Davenport, touches her on the shoulder from behind without saying a word...that is, until Janeway gasps in sheer horror.
9. "I wonder what's going to happen to me once Voyager makes it back to the Alpha Quadrant? Will I be tried and punished for my previous crimes? It's not like I've done anything wrong; only a few of them had to die in order for us to survive. She'd never understand, but I'm at least thankful that he had some compassion for me and spared my life."

Answer: Noah Lessing

He was the Equinox crew member who was bound to a chair inside one of the cargo bays. Janeway was wanting to extract information from Lessing regarding the whereabouts of Captain Ransom, but Lessing wouldn't budge, prompting an uncharacteristically-behaving Janeway to disable the forcefields around the cargo bay to allow the nucleogenic aliens to enter through the fissures. Fortunately, a compassionate Chakotay entered the cargo bay to rescue Lessing before the aliens could kill him. Perhaps it would've been poetic justice had the aliens killed him for real, considering all of the aliens the Equinox crew killed in order to be able to continue flying their ship through the Delta Quadrant, but Janeway was sooooooooooo wrong for doing that!
10. "Why does this always happen to me? Every time he goes away, I have to take his place, even though I don't have nearly as much knowledge as he does. But I can understand why I was chosen; we don't have a full staff like there is on other Federation starships. And with her no longer on the ship, my role is even more important now. So I guess the next time somebody comes down with a case of the stomach cramps or complains about a skin rash, it'll be me to the rescue once again."

Answer: Paris

Paris admitted to being a field medic in the past, meaning that he would have to fill in for the Doctor when the EMH was unavailable or just whenever additional medical assistance was needed in sickbay. When Kes departed in "The Gift", his role as a backup trained medical stuff member became even more important, although perhaps not as important with Seven onboard, whose usage of Borg nanoprobes had been used to cure and/or completely revive a patient without Paris's aid.
