Bobby was hunting an Okami in this episode, since Rufus did not finish the job of killing the creature. While Bobby was dealing with the Okami, he also did research to identify the lamia that Sam and Dean were hunting.

Dean was turned into a vampire during this episode, but Samuel had a cure for vampirism, which only worked if the victim had not fed on human blood. Fortunately, he was able to turn Dean back.

Sam and Dean took on Veritas, the Goddess of Truth, in "You Can't Handle the Truth". It was while the goddess had the brothers tied up that she realized Sam was lying to her and told Dean his brother was not human. This led to Dean finding out that his brother, while still human, was missing his soul.

Answer: All Dogs Go to Heaven

The brothers first thought they were hunting a werewolf in "All Dogs Go to Heaven", but eventually discovered it was a skinwalker. They also discovered that there was a plot to kill the families who had adopted the skinwalkers in their dog forms. The brothers foiled that plot.

Answer: Clap Your Hands if You Believe

The brothers were investigating disappearances that people thought were alien abductions. They then discovered the abductions were the work of fairies. Nobody who has seen the episode will ever forget the classic scene of Dean Winchester fighting the little, flying fairy and nuking it in the microwave.

The brothers fought dragons who were abducting virgins in "Like a Virgin". At the end of the episode, it was revealed to the viewers that the dragons used the virgins as a sacrifice to release Eve, the Mother of all Monsters, from Purgatory.

Answer: Unforgiven

Sam received a text luring him to Rhode Island in "Unforgiven". It turned out that an Arachne (spider monster) was attacking women and turning them into arachnes. Sam and Samuel had worked a case there when Sam was soulless, and soulless Sam had allowed the sheriff to get turned into an Arachne and then Sam had shot him.

The creature did not die, though, and sought revenge on Sam in the episode.

Answer: Frontierland

Sam and Dean traveled back in time to the Old West in "Frontierland". They needed the ashes of a phoenix to kill Eve. They killed the Phoenix, but did not get the ashes. Fortunately, Samuel Colt mailed the ashes to them. Dean killed Eve by drinking a shot of whisky with phoenix ash, and then taunting her to bite him.
