He played Peter Brinkley on episode 4.25 "The Time Has Come Today" where Brenda finds a diary in her window seat about a family that had lived in their house in 1969. He played Billy McCoy/Marshall Jedediah Southwit in the season five episode "The Real McKay" when Dylan does a past life regression to find out if Kelly is his soulmate. I hope this clears up any confusion to this trick question.

19. Stephen Baldwin played Bobby in 1988, along side Justine Bateman and Michael Gross.

He and Luke were in the movie "8 Seconds". Stephen turned down the part of Jack in "Speed". That part brought a lot of attention to Keanu Reeves, who went on the become Neo in the "Matrix" trilogy.
