Jack is freaking out and when he sees Will and Grace, he says, "Hi, are you alone? Did anybody follow you up here?" Grace says, "How about, "Welcome back from your honeymoon"?" Karen tells Grace she no longer wants to live with Will and wants to live with Grace. Grace does not want this so she leads Karen by the hand back to Will's and says, "Hey. Look what showed up on my doorstep." Will says, "Was she in a basket with a note pinned to her that said, 'Please take care of my baby. Love, Lucifer'?"

When they're looking for Karen, they approach the bar and ask a guy to pass the nuts. The guy happens to be Jack wearing sunglasses and a fake moustache. When they recognize him, he denies it and Grace says, "Jack, we know it's you." Jack says, "No, it is not me! My name is Claude Remains. I have dark glasses. I'm from Indiana. Look, I have a mustache." Will reaches out and smears his fake moustache and Jack says, "Hey! I can't believe you just did that! Just hand me over to the gay mafia, the homo nostra, Don Queerleone."

When Grace asks Jack if he's hiding, he replies, "Yes. Toby's meeting me here. He borrowed his mother's Caprice and he's gonna smuggle me to Oklahoma." Will asks, "You're going to Oklahoma?" Jack then says, "Yes. The matinee."

When Jack tells the gay mafia's after him, "Will says, "Enough of that crap! No one's after you. It's all in your head." Just then a waiter sets down a plate in front of Jack and says, "Your fish, sir." Jack then says, "But I didn't order...oh, my god! It's a message. It's a message. I'm a dead man! I'm gonna sleep with the fishes! But it's the gay mafia, so I'm gonna sleep with trout almandine drizzled with lemon and capers!"

When Will and Grace finally find Karen, she's sitting at a bus stop with three maids. They approach her and apologize. Karen tells them, "You know, you could be a little more sensitive. This divorce hasn't exactly been easy for me." Will says, "I know. You and Stan were together a long time." Karen replies, "What? Stan? Who said anything about One Ton Phooey? Yours is the divorce I'm upset about. You two split up without even a thought as to how it would affect me." She then says to Will, "Hey, I know she's no prize." Then she says to Grace, "And I know she's no prize, either. But couldn't you two have stayed together for my sake?"

Will continues to doubt that the gay mafia exists. The waiter "accidentally" spills wine on his suit. He snickers, but apologizes, and Will tells him it's not funny. When the guy turns around that's sitting behind him, we see it's Elton John and he says, "It's a little bit funny." Will says, "Oh, my God. You're, you're, you!" Elton then says, "That's right, and next time it'll be red wine. A word of advice, Will. Don't dismiss things you know nothing about. And don't walk in ten-inch heels, it's hell on the ankles."
