Mr. Burns mentions that the windows were the bottles he and Lisa collected, but he excuses himself from the conversation to shoo Barney Gumble away from the window he's licking. Mr. Burns sells the recycling plant for twelve million dollars and offers Lisa 10%.

Answer: False

The statement is false because Lisa disagreed to appear on the show. Instead, the family hired an older actress to play the part. The actress was older than Bart.
