We see Sanjay quite a few times and he is always with Apu. He takes Apu partying: 'I'm going to party like it's on sale for $19.99!' He is also present at the court case when Marge has stolen bourbon from the Kwik-E-Mart.
2. Who is Mindy?
Answer: A girl that worked with Homer
Lisa accuses Homer of either having 'an infatuation with a woman named Mindy... or a man named Andy' after she catches him singing in the bathroom. Homer and Mindy (who has red hair) go to a conference and represent Burns' power plant.
3. Who is Hank Scorpio?
Answer: Homer's boss at Globex
