Skinwalkers are mentioned several times on the show but they only show up in one episode of Season 6, where Crowley tasks the Winchesters with capturing the 'Alphas' of each species. Sam and Dean discover that the Alpha Skinwalker has compelled his Pack to take on dog forms, live as family pets, and then, when the Alpha gave the order, the pack was to change all of their families into skinwalkers. Fortunately Sam and Dean were able to stop that with the help of one pack member that loved his family and didn't want to see them harmed or changed.

These powerful primordial monsters were created by God before he created Angels or Man, but because of their pure evil, God created Purgatory and cast them there for eternity; this was of course before Castiel consumed their souls to power up and take on Raphael. Answer: Leviathan

I personally found the Leviathan to be horrifying, not only because their jaws expanded and they ate human flesh, but also because they were very intelligent, powerful, cunning and organized. If the Winchesters hand't stepped in and toppled Dick Roman's evil empire designed to enslave and consume the human race, then the Leviathan would have certainly ruled the world.

3. This powerful creature was known as the "Mother of All" and she was brought to earth by dragons after a virgin sacrifice. She came from Purgatory, also existed before the Angels, and created the "Alphas," the first monsters of each kind (i.e., vampire, werewolf, shapeshifter, etc). What was her name when she returned to Earth?

Answer: Eve

Once Eve was summoned and brought to Earth she set out on a mission to create a new monster, a new virus and a new plague that would destroy humankind forever. She started first with the "Khan worm," which was mostly a failure, but she then created a hybrid creature that Dean named the "Jefferson Starships." The only way she could be killed was with phoenix ash, which the Winchesters had to travel back to the Old West to get from Samuel Colt himself.

Answer: Djinn

Djinns appear several time throughout the series, having at some point kidnapped Dean, Charlie, Lisa and Ben, just to name a few. When using their powers, their hands and their eyes glow a bright blue color. While most Djinns feed on human blood and put their victims into comas with positive and pleasurable delusions, there are 'offshoot Djinns' that feed on human fear, so they place their victims into horrible scenarios intended to induce immense fear.

5. This creature is known as an 'alcohol spirit/demon,' and is only visible to the intoxicated. Their evil murderous powers can be harnessed and controlled by use of a spell and it can only be killed with a katana sword that has been blessed by a Shinto priest and run through a spring. Answer: Shojo

The shojo appeared in Season 7's "Party On, Garth," episode, where a deceased brewery owner cast a spell compelling the shojo to kill the children of his former business partners, which had recently cut him out of future sales of their biggest selling beer: 'Thighslapper.' The episode featured another hunter, Garth, who couldn't hold his liquor, but who proved to be indispensable when he was able to deduce that one of the owners had an illegitimate child that was in danger.

6. This Knight of Hell was responsible for eradicating the Men of Letters, slaughtering thousands, killing Cain's wife, waging a demonic war against Crowley for control of Hell, and met her true death at the hands of Dean Winchester and the First Blade. What is the name of this Knight of Hell?

Answer: Abbadon

Abbadon was described by Crowley as "the world's angriest ginger" due to her fire red hair, but she was a fierce, blood and power thirsty demon that wanted to reclaim the Earth for the demons and do whatever she pleased. In the 1950s she possessed Josie, an aspiring Woman of Letters working with Henry Winchester, Sam and Dean's grandfather and a fellow Man of Letters.

After she possessed Josie she chose the right moment to slaughter all remaining Men of Letters in the hopes that she could live forever and never tangle with them again - this of course was before Sam and Dean Winchester appeared on the scene.

They also possess many of the same weaknesses as demons, meaning that rock salt, Ruby's knife, the Angel blades, iron, and the Colt gun all work effectively against them - that is, if you can see them quick enough to protect yourself.

8. When Lucifer was freed from his cage one of his first goals was to take control of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Sam and Dean realized that Lucifer's powerful spell controlled them through the rings they wore on their hands. The Winchesters soon set out to destroy the rings of all four horsemen. The changelings appeared when Dean was visiting Lisa, a former flame and 'the one that got away;' it was a good thing the Winchesters were there, as they were able to save Lisa and her son, Ben, as well as several other neighborhood children that were being kept underground and fed to the 'mother changeling.' Dean literally torched the mother changeling and set all of the children free.

10. This creature lives in filth and its skill lies within its ability to mimic any person's voice, acting as a lure to allow them to easily capture and feed upon human souls. When Sam and Dean encountered one, it was actually calling its victims and convincing them to commit suicide. What monster does this describe?

Answer: Crocotta

The legend of these monsters states that they used to call their victims into the woods by stating 'come to me, come to me' over and over again, with the intention of devouring their victim's souls. While it appears humanlike, the crocotta monster can unhinge its jaw and uses its extremely sharp teeth to feed and extract souls.

The only way to kill one is apparently to stab it in the back of the neck.
