The guy that was there to fix the fax machine asked Grace what it was like working with Karen. She tells him she wouldn't know. He then says, "Well, I love her. I've seen her movie "Next to Godliness", like, fifteen times." Grace tells him Karen's never bee in a movie and he says, "When I first saw her, I wasn't sure, but then, you know, the voice? Uh-huh.

When Brent asked her why, she says, "Well, the hair...the smile...and, uh..."I'm just a girl...standing in front of a boy...asking him to love me." Trust me. That is dead on."
