Answer: Warren

Warren was first introduced in an episode where his psychotic robot creation was in love with him. In season six, he was one of the guys in The Trio.

2. I was the Big Bad of the fifth season; I was a goddess on Earth for a reason. I was searching for the key; an apocalypse it would set free. Who am I?

Answer: Glory

The key that Glory needed to end the world was made into human form as Dawn, the slayer's sister. In the end, Glory was defeated, and Dawn was made into a real human.
