Benny is the leader of the Chairmen, the group that runs the Tops Casino in New Vegas. He shoots the Courier in the games intro and takes the elusive Platinum Chip- the catalyst for the entire game.

2. Who is not a permanent resident of Goodsprings?

Answer: Swank

Swank is Benny's right-hand man at the Tops Casino in New Vegas. The other three all reside in Goodsprings: Sunny Smiles, Easy Pete and Chet are all locals involved in the mission Ghost Town Gunfight.

Answer: Mirelurk
