You can't win that fight against Berle, but you revenge later. The Eluria Tower is the place you are when Expel gets destroyed.

You can only see Reema in the computer of the Heraldry Weapons Laboratory, when Rena's origins are revealed. That's when she gives her the pendant she has back in Arlia.

13. How many times do you fight Shin?

The first time, you have to stay alive for about a minute or so (you can't damage him). The second time, he beats you like crap and he throws you into the ocean (that's part of the storyline). The third time, at Eluria Tower, you finally beat him for good.

You can find Xine on the mountains west of Cross Castle. You have to be on Ashton's quest (the quest for killing both dragons on his back).
