1. Malak has strips on his head which are presumably Tattoos. How many strips are there?

Answer: Four

These stripes were on his head even before the Mandalorian Wars. You can investigate this fact if you go to Korriban in "Knights Of The Old Republic II".

2. Malak has two main Apprentices.

Answer: true

The first is Darth Bandon while the second is Bastila. He also has three Apprentices waiting in line who you can kill if you take Bastila as your Apprentice.

3. Which of these Force Powers is Malak not capable of?

Answer: Force Crush

He uses Force Lightning on Bastila when turning her to the Dark Side, he uses Drain Life on the Jedi in the capsules at the end, and he uses Force Jump in the last battle if you get too far away from him.

4. It is said that Reven cut off Malak's bottom jaw.

Answer: True

Reven cut Malak's jaw off in the Mandalorian Wars trying to show that he was still the strongest (and he was right). It is also said that he cut Malak's jaw off with his own lightsaber.

5. Does Malak kill any of your party members?

Answer: no

Malak doesn't but his apprentice, Darth Bandon, kills Trask, the first person to join your party. You find this out only when you kill Bandon.

6. Does Malak appear in "Knights Of The Old Republic II"?

Answer: yes

He appears in Korriban with about six fallen Jedi (including Bastila). Curiously the stripes on his head are blue, not purple, and he has a jaw since obviously this is before the Mandalorian Wars.

Answer: yes

HK-47 calls Malak a "Meat bag" and adopts the name for all humans. You can find this out when you talk to HK after finding out you are Reven.

8. What type of Lightsaber does Malak wield?

Answer: Single Hilt Lightsaber

Malak wields a Single Hilt but both his Apprentices use Double Edged Lightsabers. Malak practices the Djem So Lightsaber Style.

9. In the alternate ending Malak is turned into a Dancing Twi'lek. What colour does he become?

Answer: Green

This can be done as long as you have two pads and an extra volunteer. What you do is put the second pad into Controller port 4 and together press Left trigger, Right trigger & Y and hold them all until Reven's Lightsaber(s) deactivate (provided you are wielding Lightsabers) in the ante-chamber just before the room where you face Malak. Then enter and talk to him, and instead of battling him he turns into a Twi'Lek and starts dancing.

Answer: Blue

You can see this in only one cutscene. When you first enter the Star Forge Malak is seen with a droid doing something to his jaw.
