 This is said in Marty's dream. The DeLorean test was slightly different from the movie, because the DeLorean never returned at 1:21 AM.
2. After Doc faded from existence, Marty woke up and realized it was just a dream. What was Marty late for when he awoke?

Answer: Meeting his dad at Doc's house for the estate sale

 Marty had to meet his dad at Doc's house for the estate sale because Doc was gone for six months and no one had heard from him. The city wanted to sell his belongings, tear down his house, and put up a parking garage.
3. Marty rushed to Doc's house to try and stop the sale. What is the date on the estate sale sign on the door?

Answer: May 14, 1986

 Later in the game there is an alternate timeline where the estate sale never happens. In that timeline, Doc said that he and Clara lived in 1986, and they were having a garage sale.
