Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. A treble clef is on top of which Jinjo house in Jinjo Village?

Answer: Red

Treble Clefs are worth twenty notes. If you collect enough notes, you can get new moves from Jamjars the mole. There is one treble clef in each level and can mainly be found in well-hidden places.
2. In Mayahem Temple, Mumbo summons a giant statue. Without Mumbo, how many Jiggies are still available here?

Answer: Three

This statue is essential on your quest! Without it, you cannot enter Jade Snake Grove or Prison Compound, which both have two Jiggies in them. You also can't get the kickball Jiggy, since you must be a Stony and Wumba is in Jade Snake Grove. You also can't get the Grip Grab move or uncover the Flight Pad, which means you can't get the Jiggy on top of Targitzan's Temple. You can't rescue his relic from the Treasure Chamber, because to get to the top you must either Grip Grab or fly.

This only leaves the two in Targitzan's Temple and the one from Bovina for killing her flies.
3. In Glitter Gulch Mine, how many places can you light a fuse to blow things up with the Detonator?

Answer: Four

The Detonator is Wumba's transformation here. It has a long neck and hops around. The only attack it has is self-destruct, so attacking isn't fun. You can, however, light fuses in some places to blow boulders up. One is in the Fuel Depot, one outside Wumba's that leads to Mary's prison, one leading to the flooded pipe maze, and one to a Jinjo in a cell.
4. Aside from using Grenade Eggs, what else can you use to defeat Mr. Patch in Witchyworld?

Answer: Beak Bomb

The Beak Bomb is an attack used in the air when Kazooie shoots forward and attacks with her beak. Mr. Patch is a huge dinosaur balloon boss who spits beach balls at you and you must pop his patches in the air to defeat him. It is difficult to use the Beak Bomb though, so it perhaps isn't the best tactic to use.
5. In Jolly Roger's Lagoon, how many teeth must be knocked out of the big fish Maggie is in?

Answer: Five

The Big Fish is, well, a big fish in Big Fish Cavern. Maggie, Jolly's Partner, is trapped in there, but you can't enter because the fish's teeth are in the way. You must knock all five out with Grenade Eggs.
6. In Terrydactyland, where won't you find any of Terry's eggs?

Answer: River Passage

Terry is a pterodactyl boss who tries to kill you because he thinks you will steal his eggs. But after you defeat him, he says he will give you a second Jiggy if you hatch all three of his eggs. One is in the Unga Bunga cave near the gates, one in the Oogle Boogle Cave, and one in the lake near the level entrance. There is a Jamjars Silo in River Passage, but no egg.
7. In Grunty Industries, there is a Jiggy obtained here that counts for another level. Which level is this?

Answer: Hailfire Peaks

In Hailfire Peaks, one Jiggy can be obtained by entering Grunty Industries. First, become a snowball and roll to the Fire Side entrance where you get the fish for Boggy. Go back to the Icy Side, and press the switch on the shed to make a Jiggy appear in the pipe, then turn back into Banjo only. Go to the opening in the pipe and Shack Pack in. Go through the pipe to end up in Grunty Industries.
8. Where is the treble clef in Hailfire Peaks?

Answer: Icicle Grotto

The clef is on the Icy Side of Hailfire Peaks, and is on an icicle floating above endless void in the Icicle Grotto. To reach it, get the Glide move as Kazooie and glide over, then break the ice cube it is in.
9. In Cloud Cuckooland, what colors are the outsides of the two Mumbo skulls?

Answer: Red and blue

There are two Mumbo skulls because one has Mumbo, and the other has the cyborg Mumbo-look-alike boss, Mingy Jongo! The contents of each skull are random, but the Mumbo skull has a Minjo, and the Mingy Jongo skull a real Jinjo.
10. How many Jiggies are needed to open the door to reach the final battle against Grunty?

Answer: 70

55 Jiggies are needed to open the last level, Cauldron Keep, but to get to Grunty the final boss at the end of the level, you need at least 70 Jiggies. That is, of course, after surviving Grunty's Tower of Tragedy quiz.
