1. In the DS version, which two characters have been taken out from the original N64 game?

Answer: Banjo and Conker

They were taken out due to the fact that Rare is owned by Mircosoft and didn't want those characters appearing back in the game. The replacement characters are Tiny Kong and Dixie Kong.

To unlock Wizpig, you must complete the second adventure mode. In the second adventure, all of the races are reversed to be mirror races.

You race Bluey in a hovercraft. To make this race much easier, try to collect as many blue balloons over red balloons. You should do this because at the end of the race, if you haven't used many blue balloons, Bluey will pass you. You won't have much time to shoot a rocket at him, so try and get blue balloons so you can jump out to a healthy lead and win the race.

The final course in Sherbert Island is Treasure Caves. After completing the four courses, you face a giant squid.

All of the other courses you could use the hovercraft in. When you get to the part of the race where you can go either the left or right way, take the way with the red balloon.

8. What does the yellow/purple balloon do?

Answer: Makes you invincible

The red balloon gives you a rocket. You can fire this at a player to slow him down. A blue balloon will give you a boost of speed. A green balloon will leave a hazard and will slow down a person if they hit the hazard. A yellow balloon makes you invincible and the rainbow colored balloon will bring you closer to the opponent ahead of you.

9. To beat the game, how many times must you face Wizpig?

Answer: Two

You face him once in a car and once in a plane. To beat Wizpig the first or second time, it is almost vital that you perform an upgrade to your car or plane. If not it is almost impossible to win.

10. Which character's face do you draw on a wall so you can access a scratch card?

Answer: Wizpig

The scratch card is found in one of the long logs. To be specific where exactly this is, it is in the log which is situated above the river in the beach section of the island.
