1. How many mini-bosses are in this game?

Answer: Three

The mini-bosses are in order of appearance: Toy Monster fought in Frantic Factory, the Giant Spider fought in Fungi Forest, and Train Ride Specter found (but not really fought) in Creepy Castle. Each one has their own abilities but lack real strategy.

2. What happens when you get the banana in the ship in Gloomy Galleon (lighthouse area) with Chunky?

Answer: You get sea-sick

When Chunky gets seasick, the controls are reversed and it becomes increasingly hard to get back to the cannon that launches you out of the ship. It's easier to just kill yourself. Don't worry; you'll still have the banana. (But seriously, save the game so you don't have to do that again. It's harder than breaking a diamond with one finger.)

3. What causes the dropping of stalactites in Crystal Caves?

Answer: A huge kosha

The ginormous Kosha at the top of the caverns pounds his giant hammer to make a ton of stalactites fall from the ceiling. This makes it hard to go around without taking cover every fifteen seconds, so you would want to defeat this guy before doing all the exploring because he stays dead the entire time you're in the level.

4. Each Kong has three abilities in the game: one barrel power, one pad power, and one power they can do wherever they want. What is Diddy Kong's barrel power?

Answer: Rocketbarrel Boost

Diddy can use two rocketbarrels to fly around, along with two popguns to shoot in midair. Its scientific name is "Boostum Highus".

5. What is a good description of Dogadon?

Answer: A giant dragonfly

Dogadon is the second and fifth boss in "Donkey Kong 64". The strategy to defeating him is waiting until he stops shooting fireballs, and then chuck a barrel at him. He has a few more moves the second time around, and even has a part where you must race against time while at the same time pounding him to the wall of the arena.

6. Wrinkly Kong is a ghost Kong that gives information for parts of the game. How is she related to DK?

Answer: She is his grand-mother

Wrinkly Kong passed away shortly after the events of "Donkey Kong Country 3". She has different tips for different Kongs in different lobbies of the worlds in the game. The only lobby she does not appear in is the Hide-out Helm lobby.

"Jet-Pac" had to be won to obtain this coin. It can be VERY hard to get, and Cranky makes you earn it, instead of giving to you the easy way. Whose side are you on, anyway?!

8. Which level can you unlock Chunky?

Answer: Frantic Factory

Chunky is the fifth and final Kong that is unlocked in the game. He can be found inside a cage near the start of the level, and collects green items in the game. He recieves a pineapple bazooka, three different powers, and a triangle (musical instrument).

9. Who sells you weapons in the game?

Answer: Funky Kong

Funky sells you the coconut rifle, the peanut popguns, the grape shooter, the feather crossbow, and the pineapple bazooka. In multiplayer mode, Krusha has an orange grenade launcher. Yikes!

Answer: Save your game

In "Donkey Kong Country", saving is very important (like all other games that do not have auto-save). In "Donkey Kong 64", there is a save option in the pause screen.
